He argues that the circuit court erred when it denied his motion to withdraw his plea without holding a hearing. Because we conclude that the issues Santiago raises are barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 185-86, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994), we affirm.
