Sauer claims that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence because the arresting officer lacked reasonable suspicion both to initiate a traffic stop and to arrest him. We affirm because, under the totality of the circumstances, a reasonable police officer would believe that Sauer was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of WIS. STAT. 346.63(1)(a).
